Mr. Krenger serves an Analyst for RPM Development where he is responsible for financial underwriting, site due diligence, design and construction management., budget tracking, and market/submarket analysis.

Prior to joining RPM, he worked as an Analyst for Denver based Sable Partners where he oversaw budget tracking, finanand market/submarket analysisin Denver market and the surrounding areas.

Mr. Krenger received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a focus in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin as part of the Plan 1 Honors Program. During his years at UT, he held various real estate related jobs, including working for a real estate law firm in San Antonio (RPSA, LLC), a national brokerage firm in Austin (JLL), and a commercial General Contractor in Austin (Joeris). Will also studied at the London School of Economics (LSE).
